Sesh Iyer is the founder of Riga Business Coaching, a business coaching and advisory practice based in Melbourne, Australia, established in 2021.
Sesh built his career over 20+ years in technology, including roles at Motorola and Cisco, before founding Riga Business Coaching. That background is the foundation of his coaching approach: combining hands-on business systems experience with certified training in NLP, Hypnotherapy, Meta and Timeline Therapy, and Extended DISC (Level 2).
Sesh created the Gold Ocean Framework™, the proprietary methodology Riga Business Coaching uses to help service business owners charge more and compete less — replacing price competition with differentiated positioning.
